However, hunters might be permitted to use ATVs to retrieve a bear (when applicable) but\u00a0<strong>only with approval<\/strong>\u00a0from, and on a pathway approved by, the park superintendent or designee (for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.njparksandforests.org\/parks\/parkindex.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">state parks and forests<\/a>) or from Fish and Wildlife\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/njfw\/contact-us\/\">regional Law Enforcement office<\/a>\u00a0(for assistance on Wildlife Management Areas).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Jersey Fish and Wildlife endeavors to accommodate hunters with disabling conditions.
