The flag colors represent how clean or polluted the air is daily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phase one will prioritize public organizations including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schools<\/li>\n<li>Senior centers<\/li>\n<li>Summer camps<\/li>\n<li>Day care centers<\/li>\n<li>Community centers<\/li>\n<li>County and municipal governments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other organizations may be able to take part in later phases of the program.
