The DEP no longer accepts reports by email.<\/p>\n<p>To complete and submit the AGR, each generator must have a representative, who is authorized to complete and certify the report, create a myNewJersey Portal account at <a href=\"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/online\/\">https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/online<\/a>\/ \u00a0The account is assigned to an individual not a company or a facility. This online account will allow the representative to access the online service linked to the AGR.<\/p>\n<p>This is the same reporting system that was first implemented for the 2022 annual report.
