The Commission recently published an <\/span><\/span>Update on Strandings of Large Whales Along the East Coast<\/span><\/span><\/a> which noted th<\/span>at as of February 21,2023<\/span>, sixteen humpback whales have stranded along the Atlantic coast this winter.
