\nThis opportunity is open to every municipality and county in the State of New Jersey. Municipalities who have previously received funding through the Resilient NJ: Regional Assistance Program are not eligible to apply or be recipients of this funding; however, they may participate in the planning process if they share a border with the applying region.<\/p>\n
\nThis opportunity is open to every municipality and county in the State of New Jersey. Applicants must self-organize into multi-municipal regions. Participating municipalities do not have to be in the same county but they must be adjacent to each other.<\/p>\n
\nUp to six (6) Regional Teams will be funded under this grant program. It is estimated that grants may be awarded between $200,000 to $300,000 for each region, including up to $150,000 of that award set aside for Community Based Organizations. The award amount will be based on the preliminary budget submitted with the application and the amount of available funding.<\/p>\n
\nPlease submit an electronic PDF of the application to DEP \u2013 OCR State Contract Manager, Danielle Petoukhoff, at Danielle.Petoukhoff@deptest.nj.gov, by 12:00 P.M. EST on October 29, 2025, to be eligible for funding. Notice of receipt will be provided to the applicant by email. Any applicant that submits an incomplete application shall be deemed ineligible.<\/p>\n
