N.J.S.A. 26:3A2-21 et seq.; N.J.A.C. 7:1H-1 et seq.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO IS ELIGIBLE\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nCertified local health agencies only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicant must have the DEP certification pursuant to P.L. 1977, c.443 (N.J.S.A. 26:3A2-21 et seq.) and have approved work plan pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:1H-1 et seq.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GRANT LIMITATIONS\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nGrants are awarded on an annual basis. The certified health agency\u2019s contribution shall be a 100% match of the State\u2019s approved legislative designated funds.
