      2. For <\/span>the acquisition of brownfield sites, <\/span>c<\/span>ommunities <\/span>that<\/span> are <\/span>willing <\/span>to co-own the <\/span>property and apply for funding <\/span><\/span>for remediation, such as through the NJDEP Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund<\/span>,<\/span> or other funding <\/span>sources<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Ability<\/span> to manage and <\/span>maintain<\/span> the property<\/span> as public open<\/span> space<\/span> once <\/span>it has been <\/span>acquired<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
