in which solid waste is burned for the purposes of volume reduction (an incinerator used to obtain energy shall be classified as a resource recovery facility).\u00a0 Facilities which operate at 9.6 tons per day or more are identified as \u201cMajor\u201d whereas those operating below this amount are identified as \u201cMinor\u201d.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-group\">\n<li
