Financial Assistance<\/h2>\n

Jointly funded and managed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank), the New Jersey Water Bank (NJWB) leverages Federal and State Revolving Funds alongside proceeds from I-Bank issued bonds and other supplemental sources. The NJWB offers loans with principal forgiveness and a blended interest rate with a 0% interest DEP loan and AAA Market Rate Interest I-Bank loan, providing below market rate funding for eligible borrowers.<\/p>\n

Projects to develop and implement Asset Management Plans (AMP) are eligible for financing. Some of these costs may be covered by principal forgiveness.
