This SIP revision includes a limited maintenance plan requesting the USEPA to redesignate the Warren County nonattainment area to attainment in accordance with the Clean Air Act. This SIP revision meets the requirements for a limited maintenance plan which are: Attainment Inventory, Maintenance Demonstration, Monitoring Network, Verification of Continued Attainment, and Contingency Plan.
