This document is a revision revision to the State of New Jersey’s State Implementation Plan for the attainment and maintenance of the one-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). \u00a0Specifically, this SIP fulfils a commitment made by New Jersey in its April 26, 2000 Attainment Demonstration, to revise its 2005 and 2007 on-road motor vehicle emission budgets for the New Jersey portion of the Philadelphia\/Wilmington\/Trenton and New Jersey portion of the Northern New Jersey\/New York City\/Long Island nonattainment areas within one year of the issuance of the MOBILE6 model. \u00a0The MOBILE model is a USEPA-developed computer program that estimates ozone precursor emission factors for gasoline-fueled and diesel-powered highway motor vehicles.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Final” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_separator color=”black”][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”top”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][info-box-shortcode title=”Final SIP Revision”]<\/p>\n
